Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, decorating, and presenting cakes and other baked goods according to customer specifications and company standards. This role requires artistic talent, precision, and a passion for producing beautiful and delicious creations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other desserts using various techniques including piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and sculpting.
• Collaborate with customers and bakery staff to understand design requirements and fulfill custom orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Prepare icing, fondant, fillings, and other materials required for cake decoration.
• Ensure finished products meet quality, design, and taste standards.
• Manage inventory and order decorating supplies as needed.
• Stay up to date with decorating trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification a plus.
• 1-3 years experience as a cake decorator
• Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• ANY NATIONALITY

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
