Creative Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, sharp-minded and talented female professional to join our company. The ideal candidate must be confident, highly active, and passionate about developing business opportunities with a strong ability to generate creative ideas. She should have deep knowledge of quotation preparation, pricing, and market trends. The role requires someone who can take on challenges, work smartly, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative business strategies to boost sales and client engagement
• Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and proposals as per client requirements
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Bring innovative ideas to improve operations, marketing, and service standards
• Participate actively in planning, presentations, and business meetings
• Achieve targets and deliver results within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Excellent creative and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of quotations, costing, pricing and market dynamics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
• Efficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
