At TNT Growth, we don’t recycle playbooks – we constantly evolve them. Our edge comes from relentless testing, sharp strategy, and execution that actually moves the needle for our clients. As a Creative Content Lead, you'll be the creative force behind all of TNT Growth’s content, as well as content for clients that sign on with Organic Social as a service. You'll own the entire creative pipeline, from coming up with the initial idea to managing the final deliverable. Your work will directly impact the online presence and growth across all social media platforms for TNT Growth as well as clients.
Content Ideation: Develop fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content ideas for TNT + clients and socials, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This involves brainstorming ideas for both video and static image content. Marketing ideation for TNT’s brand is required as well. From Ad scripts to VSLs.
Scriptwriting & Visual Concepts: Write and finalize scripts for all video content. For static images, you'll create clear visual concepts and creative briefs that guide the editing team.
Creative Team Management: You will be the point person for our in-house team. This includes coordinating with our editors to ensure videos and images are edited to your specifications and collaborating with our social media manager to ensure a smooth hand-off for daily posting.
Content Strategy: Stay current on social media trends and best practices. You will adapt your creative approach for each new client to align with their brand voice and business goals.
Workflow Management: Manage the entire creative process to ensure a consistent output. You'll be responsible for meeting a daily posting schedule across all client accounts.
Team Lead: Oversee and mentor our Social Media Assistant for brainstorming + posting + idea creation. As an extension of workflow management, you will work closely with our Head of Creative to have broad oversight on deliverables and the execution of our creative concepts.
A versatile content creator with a deep understanding of what makes content successful on different platforms.
A self-starter who can independently manage projects from idea to final deliverable.
A strategic thinker with the ability to translate a client's goals into compelling, high-performing content.
Proven experience in social media content creation across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Exceptional scriptwriting skills and the ability to create detailed visual concepts for static images.
Demonstrated ability to manage a creative workflow and collaborate effectively with editors and social media managers.
Experience in a role where you were responsible for both ideation and managing the content delivery process.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar to meet daily deadlines.
