Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative Content Manager to lead and execute the full creative process for digital, social, and marketing content. T he ideal candidate is both a visionary and hands-on creative who can shape visual identity while producing high-impact video, photography, and graphic design assets to support brand storytelling and campaigns.Arabic and Western candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Brand & Visual Direction
  • Define and maintain the brands visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure cohesive use of visual language including tone, typography, and design elements.
  • Establish creative standards and guidelines for internal and external output.
Content Creation & Execution
  • Produce end-to-end content including video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and static visuals.
  • Develop social media, campaign, and marketing assets tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, web).
  • Manage lifestyle / product shoots and creative direction during content production.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital templates.
Campaign & Collaboration
  • Convert creative briefs into compelling ideas and deliverables.
  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaign planning and execution.
  • Lead creative brainstorming and manage timelines and delivery schedules.
Team & Vendor Oversight
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external creative partners.
  • Provide direction during shoots and manage post-production processes.
  • Review and approve content to ensure brand quality and consistency.
Asset & Workflow Management
  • Maintain a structured digital library of creative assets and footage.
  • Monitor creative trends and adopt new tools and practices to keep output modern and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Visual Communication, Media Production, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of creative / content production experience, preferably within real estate, property development, or related sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand visual development and hands-on content creation.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency with professional filming and photography equipment.
  • Strong storytelling ability and creative vision.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
