Sure, we serve mindblasting Indian street food, but what sets us apart is the story we tell — about people, about culture, about hospitality, and about joy. Our Creative Content Producer is the person who captures that story and shares it with the world in a way that feels authentic, colorful, and full of life.

The Creative Content Producer is a key member of The Marketing & Design Department. This team exists to share inspiring stories about food & culture with the world - and more specifically, with current customers & team members and future ones.

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Asheville, NC office.

About the Role
This position is about finding the soul in a sizzling pani puri shot, catching the laughter between coworkers in the kitchen, or weaving together the story of where our food comes from. You’ll be the in-house creative mind who helps translate the energy of Chai Pani into photos, videos, graphics, and content that make people feel something.

What You’ll Do

• Dream up, plan, and produce original content — from photography and video to graphics and storytelling posts.

  
  
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments that showcase the heart of our team and the culture of Chai Pani.
  
  
• Proactively manage deadlines so our storytelling flows as smoothly as service on a busy Friday night.
  
  
• Collaborate with our Training & Culinary Departments to create videos for our teams that educate them about our culture, recipes, and processes.
  
  
• Edit videos, photos, and copy so they feel polished but never over-produced — always authentic.
  
  
• Organize and maintain content libraries so our assets are easy to find and use.
  
  

• Track engagement and performance so we know what’s resonating — and where to adjust.

  
  

Who You Are

• A natural storyteller — you see the beauty in everyday details and know how to capture it.

  
  
• Skilled with cameras, editing software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, etc.), and content creation tools.
  
  
• Solid understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tuned into what works where.
  
  
• Organized and self-motivated, able to juggle multiple projects without losing your creativity.
  
  
• A collaborator who thrives on feedback and loves building ideas with a team.
  
  

• Bonus: experience in hospitality or food content — but passion for food and storytelling is the real must-have.
