Job Title: Creative Content Strategist

We are not hiring a “social media manager.”

We’re hiring a  creator-operator  who writes, scripts, and builds high-impact short-form content daily.


KENSINGTON Dubai is a fast-moving luxury real estate brand producing content that attracts global investors. You will own the storytelling that drives attention and revenue.

Turn ideas into scripts.

You own the creative engine across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts from concept to publish.


⚡What You Actually Do Every Week


(No corporate work. No slow approvals. Pure creation.)


Content creation (daily)


• Write hooks, angles, captions, and 3–5 scripts every week.

• Turn complex luxury/investment topics into sharp messages.

• Work with our videographer + editor to produce premium short-form videos.

• Publish with speed and consistency (no waiting for inspiration).


Creative strategy (simple + fast)


• Audit weekly results → fix angles, hooks, pacing.

• Research trends in luxury, finance, Dubai real estate.

• Generate content ideas that position KENSINGTON as the trusted advisor.


Ownership


• Manage the content calendar.

• Ensure brand voice is clean, luxury, and high conviction.

• Work directly with the Performance Marketing Manager, creative meets data.

• 3–5 years writing, scripting, or producing short-form content.

• Strong portfolio of Reels/TikToks that actually  perform .

• You understand pacing, retention, payoff, CTA, not just “aesthetic.”

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

• You treat content like a craft.

• You think in hooks and angles, not “posts.”

• You work fast and iterate faster.
