We have an opening fo an Interns who serve as the high-volume, cost-effective content factory, producing high-quality, on-brand visual and video assets required to fuel the national scaling efforts across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. Rapid Asset Production: Deliver daily graphic assets (stories, posts, ads) and weekly video edits (reels, YouTube shorts) based on briefs from the Performance and Brand teams.
2. Brand Compliance: Ensure all produced content strictly adheres to TIDA's visual identity and brand style guide.
3. Content Repurposing: Take long-form content (from the Strategist/Events) and rapidly cut, subtitle, and repurpose it into 5-10 different formats suitable for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Asset Management: Organize and maintain the central creative asset library for easy access by the entire team.
Top 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Asset Delivery Velocity: Meet a minimum quota of approved visual/video assets per week. 2. Brand Compliance Score: Achieve near-perfect adherence to brand colors, fonts, and tone across all creative output.
3. Content Cost Efficiency: Successfully minimize reliance on external paid stock footage or design software subscriptions.
Required Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Graphic Design, Videography, or Multimedia. Proven portfolio showcasing fast-paced, digital-first creative work (Reels, Shorts, social media graphics). Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or similar).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
