Core Job Role Responsibilities1. Social Media Creative Design
- Design daily/weekly social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Create ad banners, promotional posts, carousels, thumbnails and campaign creatives.
2. Video Editing (Reels + Short Ads)
- Edit product-based reels, short ads, testimonials, showcase clips, and feature highlight videos.
- Add transitions, captions, music, cinematic text and brand elements.
- Maintain fast turnaround for reels and ad campaigns.
3. Branding & Visual Identity
- Create logos, brand icons, brand color palette suggestions.
- Build brand alignment for all creatives: fonts, style, layout rules.
4. Website & Product Visual Creation
- Design website hero banners, UI graphics, app interface screens, and product mockups.
- Prepare visuals for landing pages, product UI, dashboard preview screens.
5. Motion Graphics (Basic Level)
- Animate text, features, icons, and UI elements for reels and ads.
- Create short animated promotional intros/outros.
6. AI-Driven Creative Support
- Use AI tools (Midjourney/Firefly/Runway) to generate supporting visuals, concepts, textures, mockups, and base drafts.
7. Content Ideation & Brainstorming
- Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, reels, ads, product showcase videos.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, reel trends, ad formats, layouts etc.
8. Performance-focused Asset Creation
- Create ad-ready creatives for Meta & Google Ads.
- Understand conversion design principles: clarity, minimal text, strong CTA, and brand recall.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
