Job Description

As the Creative Digital Designer, you will drive creative quality, spark new ideas, shape campaign concepts, and bring fresh creative energy into our digital marketing, branding, and web projects. You are highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality work. Across channels and media, you’ll ensure our visual deliverables are clean, professional, and engaging.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Tampa, Florida, office.

Creativity and Design Knowledge

In this role, you will define creative direction for client work that is polished, strategic, and aligned with current design trends. You must be able to conceptualize campaign ideas, develop brand identities, and plan website designs with an understanding of UX principles and how your work translates to development. To excel in this role, you understand the nuances of designing for the web and how layout, interactions, content, and development constraints work together. Additionally, you should have a solid foundation in layout, typography, and color, along with experience creating digital marketing assets.

Experience with Industry Tools

You will leverage expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, choosing the most effective tools for specific tasks, such as using Canva for quick-turn social media assets and more advanced design platforms when appropriate. You will also be proficient in Figma.

The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working within a CMS, using built-in layout tools, components, and styling options to structure pages, load and format content, and maintain design consistency.

Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a significant plus, as is experience shooting and editing photos and video.

Collaboration and Communication Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential in working closely with team members to enhance marketing, writing, and web development. In this role, you will help conceptualize standout campaigns, develop brand identities, and plan visually compelling website experiences.

You will partner with our writing team to enhance storytelling, shape creative narratives, and align copy and visuals. Also, you’ll communicate clearly with developers to ensure concepts translate seamlessly from design to build.

This role involves frequent collaboration with internal teams in our Tampa, Florida, and Idaho Falls, Idaho, offices, as well as with external clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Design polished, modern visual assets for web, social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Create wireframes and design layouts in Figma for websites and landing pages
  • Collaborate with writers to shape compelling visual stories and campaign narratives
  • Contribute to brand identity development, including logos, color systems, and visual guidelines
  • Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage
  • Maintain high-quality, on-trend visual standards across deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer, digital designer, creative designer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, digital marketing assets, and branding work
  • Advanced proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficiency using Figma to create wireframes, design concepts, component-based layouts, and interactive website prototypes
  • Experience designing for digital channels (web, socials, email, ads)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and modern design trends
  • Ability to take a concept from idea → sketch → polished final asset
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
