About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and visionary
Creative Director
with proven expertise in Museum Design, Exhibition Design, Event Design and Brand Activations. Should have good scenography experience and able to connect form and Structure with technology experiences to lead the creative vision and execution of immersive brand experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic direction with strategic insight, delivering engaging environments that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

Lead the creative development and execution of exhibition designs, brand activations, and scenographic projects from concept through to delivery.

Conceptual Development:

Develop innovative, immersive concepts that align with brand strategy and client objectives, enhancing audience engagement and experience.

Team Collaboration:

Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, artists, fabricators, and external agencies to ensure cohesive creative output.

Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and goals, providing expert guidance and presenting compelling creative proposals.

Project Oversight:

Oversee all stages of creative projects ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Trend & Innovation Monitoring:

Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and materials in exhibition design, experiential marketing, and scenography to incorporate innovative solutions.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all creative executions maintain brand integrity and deliver a consistent and impactful message across all touchpoints.

Technical Collaboration:

Work closely with production, technical, and logistics teams to ensure feasibility and flawless execution of creative concepts.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Proven experience (typically 7+ years) as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead with a focus on Museum Design, Exhibition, Events, Brand Activations and scenography.

Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative projects in experiential environments.

Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling, lighting, set design, and interactive media.

Excellent leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and collaborating across departments.

Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage clients and stakeholders.

Knowledge of production processes, materials, and technologies relevant to exhibition and event design.

Degree in Design, Architecture, Branding or Theatre Design, or a related field preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
