Position: Creative Director

We are looking for a highly driven, fast working, and visually powerful Creative Director to lead our premium brand campaigns, reels, presentations, and digital content production. This role demands speed, responsibility, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining top level creative quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete creative direction for premium brand ad campaigns
• Plan, execute, and direct a large volume of reels and short format content
• Develop high impact creative concepts for luxury brands
• Strong involvement in animation based creatives and motion ideas
• Design and present professional client pitch decks and PPT presentations
• Convert marketing strategies into powerful visual storytelling
• Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, digital marketers, and content creators
• Supervise post production workflow and ensure quality output
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms
• Deliver projects under tight deadlines with speed and accuracy
• Handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Take full ownership of creative output and team performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Must be strong in animation concepts and creative motion planning
• Must have excellent knowledge of PPT creation and creative presentations
• Must be extremely fast in execution
• Must be confident in directing reels in high volume
• Strong understanding of luxury and premium brand visuals
• Ability to work under pressure and handle overtime
• Extremely professional in attitude and work culture
• Strong leadership and creative communication skills

Language & Travel:

• Must be fluent in Hindi and English
• Must be willing to travel for shoots and campaigns
