Creative DM Head

We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our Digital Marketing Department , someone who can bring ideas to life through strong storytelling, visual creativity, and brand innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and visual strategy for all digital marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and direct short films, product videos, and brand storytelling projects.
• Develop engaging advertisements and visual content for social media and online platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Mentor and guide the creative team to maintain high-quality output and originality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Creative Media.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in creative leadership or visual content production.
• Proven experience in short film direction, ad film creation, and story visualization.
• Strong command of digital design tools
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
• A compelling portfolio or show reel demonstrating creative campaigns and video work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
