ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a graphic Designer Translating ideas and messages into compelling visual concepts, using design software and artistic skills to create layouts, logos, advertisements, and other visuals for various mediums, while collaborating with clients and teams to meet project objectives. Managing multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring designs are visually appealing and on-brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capture high-quality footage with proper lighting, framing, and sound.
• Plan shoots with scripting, storyboarding, and location coordination.
• Set up, operate, and maintain camera, lighting, and audio gear.
• Troubleshoot equipment and post-production issues efficiently.
• Edit using top-tier software; add motion graphics, effects, and color grading.
• Manage live streaming production when required.
• Organize/video files, archives, and ensure proper backups.
• Maintain brand consistency and storytelling impact.
• Perform quality control and ensure shot continuity.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, directors, and creative teams.

QUALIFICATION/ REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Experience in branding within the EdTech, education, or similar industry.
• Proficiency in formal Business English and Malayalam communication.
• Strong Malayalam typing skills with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with the education industry and a commitment to building a career in this sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating attractive advertisements and branding materials.
• Ability to develop and execute branding strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Experience in designing and producing marketing collateral, including digital and print media.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in EdTech branding and marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
