Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer (Ad Creatives Specialist)

Key Responsibilities
- Create scroll-stopping ad creatives (static, carousel, video thumbnails, etc.) for multiple niches and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Design with marketing psychology in mind — focus on emotion, attention, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize unique, out-of-the-box ideas that drive engagement and clicks.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting visuals to different industries.
- Analyze creative performance (CTR, engagement) and improve based on data insights.
- Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends across social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, storytelling, and originality.
- Excellent understanding of composition, color psychology, typography, and motion.
- Ability to think like a marketer, not just a designer.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva (bonus: After Effects or CapCut for motion graphics).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
