Creative Intern – Social Media & Content Creation

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in our Sharjah office for a Creative Intern – Social Media & Content Creation. The intern will play an active role in developing creative ideas, appearing in social media videos, and contributing to engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, have a creative mindset, and stay up to date with current digital trends. This position involves working closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life through authentic, relatable, and high-energy content. The internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and serves as a potential pathway to a full-time position based on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, storytelling, and digital content creation.
• Confident personality with the ability to appear naturally in front of the camera.
• Awareness of current social media trends, formats, and viral styles (especially Reels & TikTok).
• Creative thinking with a sense of humor, timing, and aesthetic understanding.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Prior experience in content creation or influencer-style videos is a plus (but not required).
• Fresh graduates or university students in Media, Marketing, or Communication fields are encouraged to apply.
