We are seeking a Creative Design Manager to join our award-winning creative team — a visionary leader who will elevate the Ounass brand through exceptional design, inspiring storytelling, and future-forward thinking.

About The Role

As Creative Design Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving Ounass’ visual identity across all channels. Partnering closely with the Creative Director , you’ll champion design excellence, drive innovation, and lead a multidisciplinary team in creating world-class visuals that capture the essence of luxury and deepen customer connection.

This role blends creative leadership with strategic execution — ensuring Ounass continues to set new benchmarks for beauty, sophistication, and design innovation in the region.

What You Will Be Doing...

Design Leadership & Brand Guardianship

  • Partner with the Creative Director to conceptualize, develop, and execute impactful design strategies that translate Ounass’ luxury positioning into every visual touchpoint.
  • Safeguard and continuously evolve the brand’s visual direction — ensuring consistency, refinement, and creative innovation across campaigns, digital, and brand assets.
  • Champion storytelling through exceptional design craft, setting the standard for visual excellence.

Team Management & Creative Excellence

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented designers to produce work that is bold, elevated, and commercially powerful.
  • Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning — empowering the team to push boundaries while delivering at pace.
  • Oversee workflow, project allocation, and quality assurance to ensure every output aligns with Ounass’ brand vision.

Innovation & Future-Forward Design

  • Integrate emerging design technologies and AI-driven tools (e.g. generative design, automated layouts, smart asset optimization) to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Champion innovative, sustainable, and scalable design practices that future-proof our visual ecosystem.
  • Explore new digital formats, design systems, and interactive experiences to strengthen engagement across platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Editorial, Marketing, PR, Content, and UX teams to deliver cohesive, immersive design experiences across campaigns, site, social, CRM, and activations.
  • Partner with UX/UI and Product teams to ensure visual excellence across the entire digital journey.
  • Translate complex business objectives into creative solutions that inspire and perform.

People & Performance Leadership

  • Manage and grow the design team — driving individual development plans, annual reviews, and structured upskilling initiatives.
  • Embed a mindset of creative accountability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
  • Champion inclusivity and curiosity — cultivating an environment where ideas thrive and creativity flourishes.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in design leadership within the luxury, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, design thinking, and luxury storytelling.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborative, visionary, and passionate about redefining digital luxury.

Languages: English (required); Arabic is an advantage.
