Job Overview:
As a Creative Manager at Sprint Digital, you will lead the creative direction for client brands, ensuring their content, communication, and visual presence remain cohesive, compelling, and aligned with strategic goals. You will manage and oversee the creation of content calendars, brand storytelling, digital assets, and cross-platform campaigns, while collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity, tone, and digital relevance across industries, while ensuring output is on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Define and maintain each brand’s creative strategy, visual direction, and communication tone.
- Provide clear, actionable briefs to the design, content, and production teams.
- Review and approve final creative assets for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to interpret business needs into creative ideas.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements.
- Stay ahead of design, social media, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Guide and mentor junior creatives, ensuring growth and team cohesion.
- Oversee the creation of mood boards, campaign concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of creative or strategic leadership experience in an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and collaborative tools like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and creative best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
