Creative Marketing Designer - Email, Social Media & Content

Position Summary:

Sylvane.com, a leading internet retail company specializing in air quality products, is seeking a Creative Marketing Designer to execute campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing. This role is highly hands-on, with a focus on designing and publishing creative assets that engage our audience, educate customers, and drive sales.

The Creative Marketing Designer is an integral part of the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Content Marketing Manager. In this role, you will design compelling graphics and visual content for email campaigns, social media posts, and website content while ensuring consistency and creativity across every channel.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling graphics and visuals to support buying guides, knowledge articles, product education pages, promos and more.
• Build and design promotional and lifecycle emails (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Newsletter and Promo Campaigns).
• Develop and publish engaging social content across Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Produce short-form videos and visual assets to enhance campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with writers, SEO, and marketing leads to keep the email and social content calendar on track.
• Monitor creative performance and implement data-driven updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of digital marketing design and execution experience, ideally in eCommerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing email, social media, and content creative work.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, and video editing tools.
• Hands-on experience designing for email campaigns, social platforms, and short-form video content.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and deliver on deadlines.
• Creative problem solver who can make technical topics approachable and engaging.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
