Ace Dispatch Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and creative Creative Media Specialist to lead all visual content creation for the company. This role includes video shooting, reel creation, team photography, and managing our corporate + personal brand social media presence (including LinkedIn). The ideal candidate will be someone flexible, creative, and willing to travel with the team for shoots and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and office footage.
- Create and edit reels, short-form content, and promotional videos.
- Conduct professional team photography, event photography, and work-life documentation.
- Travel with the team for local and national shoots, events, and brand coverage.
- Manage and update company social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Handle content posting, scheduling, and engagement.
- Manage and optimize personal/CEO/LinkedIn profiles to maintain a strong brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for idea generation and campaigns.
- Operate cameras, lights, and basic production equipment with confidence.
- Maintain content libraries, raw footage, and creative assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Media Specialist, or Video Editor.
- Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and color grading.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to create engaging and trendy reels/short videos.
- Good photography skills — team photos, portraits, indoor/outdoor shoots.
- Comfortable traveling with the team for shoots (within/outside city).
- Basic knowledge of social media page management & posting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Male candidates only (due to late-night timing and travel requirements).
- Ability to work independently and deliver fast, clean results.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
