Creative Media Specialist (Male)

Ace Dispatch Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and creative Creative Media Specialist to lead all visual content creation for the company. This role includes video shooting, reel creation, team photography, and managing our corporate + personal brand social media presence (including LinkedIn). The ideal candidate will be someone flexible, creative, and willing to travel with the team for shoots and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and office footage.
• Create and edit reels, short-form content, and promotional videos.
• Conduct professional team photography, event photography, and work-life documentation.
• Travel with the team for local and national shoots, events, and brand coverage.
• Manage and update company social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Handle content posting, scheduling, and engagement.
• Manage and optimize personal/CEO/LinkedIn profiles to maintain a strong brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for idea generation and campaigns.
• Operate cameras, lights, and basic production equipment with confidence.
• Maintain content libraries, raw footage, and creative assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Media Specialist, or Video Editor.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and color grading.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to create engaging and trendy reels/short videos.
• Good photography skills — team photos, portraits, indoor/outdoor shoots.
• Comfortable traveling with the team for shoots (within/outside city).
• Basic knowledge of social media page management & posting.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Male candidates only (due to late-night timing and travel requirements).
• Ability to work independently and deliver fast, clean results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
