Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film/Media, Graphic Design, multi-channel Production, Digital Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in creative media production, graphic design, motion graphics, video editing/shooting, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing various multi-channel projects.
  • Experience in leveraging Google's AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Veo, Nano Banana) and other AI platforms (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, Synthesia) for content creation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an agency or in-house creative team supporting executive communications with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with visual storytelling and animation software (Canva, Veo, FinalCut, AfterEffects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with an understanding of YouTube’s creative storytelling and visual principles.
  • Ability to work on their own in a highly collaborative team and fast-paced environment, with a passion for technology, particularly AI and its applications in creative industries.
  • Ability to translate data into compelling, and aesthetically pleasing data visualizations using relevant AI tools, with familiarity in digital marketing platforms and content distribution strategies.

As a part of the Insights, Thought Leadership, and Executive Experiences team, you will shape the future of marketing and business in the AI era by creating content that drives Google's growth and customer success. You will design compelling visual narratives, interactive experiences, and dynamic storytelling using AI and generative AI tools to captivate various audiences, from Google's executive leadership to global CXOs and industry practitioners. You will partner with the lead Visual Designer and sales storytellers and push the boundaries of AI-powered communication, tailoring content for different expertise levels and creating impactful moments in Google sales activations.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead creative production and multimedia storytelling across executive messaging, customer engagements, social media, and employee communications, creating high-quality narratives in various formats from short-form social content to longer-form video using tools and techniques.
  • Pioneer the use of emerging technologies, including AI, in storytelling, acting as a superuser of Google AI products to script, film, produce, and edit video content across platforms.
  • Own deployment and development of new visual identities for campaigns, whilst maintaining brand guidelines, and pushing the boundaries of storytelling.
  • Drive a customer-focused dynamic, innovative approach to content creation for executive and APCS activations, turning moments into campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, staffing, and deliverables with agility and project management skills to ensure projects hit deadlines, monitoring content performance against KPIs and adapting strategies accordingly.
