Creative Producer/ Video & Content Production Manager

KDYS LAB (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a vision-driven Creative Producer to lead our video, animation, and content production department, someone who can visualize stories, orchestrate teams, and deliver impactful visual experiences.

Your Role Includes:

• Leading creative, animation, and post-production teams to deliver high-impact video content.
• Conceptualizing and directing podcasts, explainers, DVCs, and brand storytelling campaigns.
• Developing content workflows and SOPs for smooth production pipelines.
• Collaborating with design, storyboard, marketing teams and founders for cohesive brand messaging.
• Overseeing scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production for video assets.
• Maintaining visual consistency, creative quality, and alignment with marketing goals.
• Mentoring creative teams and ensuring timely, polished deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in video production, creative direction, and animation leadership.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Background in SaaS, AI, or tech-driven brand storytelling is a major plus.

Education: Bachelor’s in Media Sciences, Film & TV, or an equivalent field.

Experience: 3+ years in creative production, animation, or content direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
