About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.
About the role
Acast Creative Studios (ACS) is the premium creative and production arm of Acast, offering end-to-end branded content across audio, video, social, and experiential formats. We concept, pitch, produce, and launch standout campaigns for partners like Dunkin’, Macy’s, Amazon, ULTA Beauty, Bumble, AG1, and more.
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll support both pre-sale ideation and post-sale production, acting as both a creative thinker and a production partner. In this role, ACS leads the full creative and production relationship — serving as the main point of contact for both the client and the podcasters — ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept to delivery.
What you´ll do
PRE-SALE — Creative Development & Pitch Support
Develop original creative ideas for audio, video, social, and integrated campaigns.
Build pitch decks, creative one-pagers, treatment forms, and proposal materials.
Partner with Sales to ideate strategic opportunities for new and existing clients.
Support budget and timeline scoping; research production, creative, and event vendors.
Contribute to proactive pitching by reaching out to podcasters/talent for creative alignment.
Work with Strategy to gather insights, cultural context, and competitive examples.
POST-SALE — Production, Client Management & Podcaster Management
Client Communication and Project Management
Serve as (or support) the main day-to-day contact for clients throughout production.
Maintain timelines, deliverables, agendas, and next steps to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Consolidate and translate feedback clearly and efficiently for internal teams and podcasters.
Podcaster Communication & Creative Guidance
Act as ACS’s main point of contact for podcasters during production.
Provide podcasters with treatment forms, creative direction, deadlines, and deliverables.
Ensure podcasters understand campaign objectives, tone, and brand guidelines.
Track progress closely and ensure timely delivery of audio, video, and social assets.
Creative Execution
Manage up to three rounds of feedback between client and podcaster.
Review drafts, rough cuts, and final assets to ensure they align with the approved creative.
Launch & Delivery
Participate in internal post-mortems to help refine processes for future campaigns.
Develop case studies and internal materials to help the sales team pitch new business.
What we're looking for
An exceptional problem-solver — someone who anticipates challenges, thinks creatively under pressure, and finds clear, actionable solutions for both clients and podcasters.
A strong communicator who can confidently and clearly keep clients, podcasters, and internal teams aligned.
A highly organized individual who can manage multiple timelines and moving parts without losing details.
A creative thinker who loves storytelling and can translate ideas into compelling presentations.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity about podcasts, branded content, the creator economy, and cultural trends.
A positive, proactive mindset — eager to learn, grow, and jump in wherever needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Job requirements
3+ years in a content, brand strategy, creative strategy, or related role.
Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box solutions for unique brand challenges.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
A great listener who quickly understands client needs and can execute on them with clarity.
Exceptional attention to detail across emails, presentations, and campaign operations.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a results-oriented, fast-paced startup environment.
Resourceful, strategic, and innovative — able to proactively find solutions in ambiguous or autonomous situations.
Supportive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships internally and externally.
Experience designing creative presentations and proposals, preferably in Keynote and Google Slides.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Job Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
Salary is commensurate with experience and location. In US, expected salary range is $80-110k + bonus.
