At Brea Networks, we help secure the U.S. Defense Industrial Base through modern cybersecurity and compliance services. We are building a high-impact brand and need a video-first content creator who knows how to stop the scroll and drive attention across platforms.

Position Overview

This is a video-first creative role with a strong emphasis on storytelling, visual rhythm, and dynamic editing. If you love turning simple footage into highly engaging videos using motion graphics, subtitles, stock clips, and high-energy pacing, this is your role. Graphic design will support your video work but will not be the focus. You will also help publish content and collaborate with marketing on weekly deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing (Primary Focus)

• Edit short-form and medium-form video for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Use a mix of raw footage, B-roll, stock media, AI avatars (HeyGen, Arcads, Captions AI, etc.)
• Add subtitles, transitions, overlays, pacing, and motion graphics to maximize retention
• Repurpose content from interviews, webinars, screen recordings, and other source material
• Collaborate on content strategy and meet consistent deadlines for publishing

Graphic Design (Support Role)

• Create visual assets for social graphics, video thumbnails, landing pages, and blog illustrations
• Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite to maintain branded content
• Support basic asset creation for lead magnets, email campaigns, or infographics

Content Support and SEO

• Assist with AI-assisted weekly blog posts by formatting and inserting graphics
• Ensure video and visual content is optimized for SEO before uploading to web or CMS
• Collaborate with marketing on publishing through GoHighLevel or similar platforms (experience preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio of edited video content that demonstrates high retention, pacing, and creativity
• Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar
• Experience working with stock media, B-roll, and AI avatar tools like HeyGen, Arcads, Captions AI
• Familiarity with subtitle generation, motion graphics, scene transitions, and dynamic visual storytelling
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools for supporting visual content
• Good time management, communication, and attention to visual quality

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
• SEO optimization experience for visual content
• Filming or producing content in-house (even smartphone-quality)
• Comfort using AI tools for content creation or publishing
• Light animation or motion design experience
