Our client is looking for a Creator/Influencer Success Lead to drive monetization growth for the next generation of digital creators. This role will play a key part in building and scaling programs that empower creators to grow their earnings, enhance engagement, and unlock new opportunities across the platform.

You’ll combine creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep passion for creator culture to design initiatives that make an impact helping creators turn their influence into sustainable success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Scale Creator Programs - Create and manage innovative initiatives to help creators activate, grow, and maximize their earnings from incentive campaigns to seasonal challenges.
  • Bridge Creators and Brands - Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to connect creators with relevant campaigns, brand offers, and monetization opportunities suited to their content style and audience.
  • Use Data to Drive Impact - Leverage performance insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and continuously improve creator-focused initiatives.
  • Champion Top Talent - Build strong relationships with key and emerging creators providing strategic advice, supporting their growth, and representing their needs across internal teams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Legal teams to bring creator programs to life ensuring smooth execution and measurable success.
  • Lead Strategic Projects - Own experimental projects designed to test new monetization models, creator engagement tactics, and scalable success strategies.


What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, program management, affiliate networks, or related fields.
  • A creator-first perspective — you understand what drives creators and how to help them grow consistent revenue streams.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data, spot opportunities, and make insight-led recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft inspiring, clear messaging for creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience building and scaling creator programs or partnerships in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Collaborative and curious mindset — someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in an entrepreneurial culture.
