Credit & Collection Manager

What you will be doing

- Supervise the determination of credit profiles of customers to minimize risk to the Company and approve credit limits within the scope of accountability, - Review and chase debt for assigned customers on behalf of OpCo in order to maximize cash collections and reduce aged debt, - Regulary review of ledgers to identify priorities for collections, queries and data cleansing for the team, - Advanced customer handling skills to include regular face to face communications and negotiations, - Lead or participate in projects related to the field of collection with the objective of customer satisfaction, improving collections rates and operational efficiency, - Manage Collection team on a day to day basis and ensure that they are fully trained in Ricoh Collection processes.

You will ideally have

- Min. a Bachelor degree from relevant departments of universities, - Min. 5 years related work experience, - Min. Upper Intermediate level English knowledge, - Experience in Office Printing industry desired, experience from a B2B customer environment will be a must, - Good communication and analytical thinking skills, self-motivated, - Strong negotiation, troubleshooting and leadership skills, - No military obligation for male candidates.
