Job Description:

We are looking for a Mid-Level CRM Automation Expert skilled in HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and Go High Level (GHL).

The ideal candidate will be able to design and manage CRM workflows, build advanced automation systems, and strategically map customer journeys for businesses of all sizes.

You’ll play a vital role in optimizing client pipelines, reducing manual work, and ensuring flawless automation delivery across platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM automation and management.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM — workflow automation, lifecycle management, pipeline setup, and integrations.
• Strong experience with Zapier, Make.com, and n8n for process automation.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Go High Level (GHL) configuration and automation.
• Ability to design and implement process flows that align with business needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management.
• Must be able to work 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift).
