Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate or Banking/Housing loan sector preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer journey from booking to handover.
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal, construction) for smooth process flow.
· Maintain customer documentation – booking forms, payment receipts, agreements, etc.
· Follow up for payments, loan disbursements, and pending documents.
· Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
· Maintain CRM database accuracy and generate required reports.
· Coordinate for property registration, possession, and after-sales support.
Skills Required:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA norms (preferred).
· Experience using CRM software and Excel reporting.
· Customer-centric and process-oriented mindset.
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
