CRM EXPERT

Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms including HubSpot, Zoho, and GoHighLevel.
• Set up automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead pipelines.
• Analyze CRM data to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client management.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CRM integrations with other tools and platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with HubSpot, Zoho, and/or GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of CRM automation, reporting, and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
