We are looking for Account Managers (for Zoho CRM, Pipedrive CRM, Freshworks CX and EX (ITSM) solutions) to acquire new customers and build long-term relationships. Tasks include finding and advising potential customers, conducting product presentations, preparing offers and negotiating contracts, market analysis and working closely with business development and project teams. You bring experience in DX solution and consultancy sales, excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, and a strong network.


Your area of ​responsibility


  • Sales and customer acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new business customers in the CRM area as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Consulting and presentation: Advising potential customers on our solutions, conducting product presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Quotation preparation and contract negotiations: Preparation of tailor-made quotations and contracts, negotiation of prices and contract terms.
  • Market analysis: Analysis of business software market trends and competitive activities in Turkey to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to develop sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Regularly prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor and report progress against sales goals.


Your requirements profile


  • Experience: Experience in selling business software solutions or complex software products, preferably CRM software.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation, understanding of business processes and business contexts.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.
  • Network: Strong customer orientation and an existing network in Turkey are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel regularly within Turkey.
  • Results orientation: Strong goal orientation.
  • Independence: High self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work together and support the team to achieve common goals.
  • Negotiation skills:  Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win situations.
