CRM Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication with customers, improve customer journey workflows, and support the sales team with accurate data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Create, update, and optimize customer workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
• Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
• Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and improved communication.
• Identify CRM issues, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with technical support if needed.
• Train team members on CRM tools, best practices, and new system features.
• Monitor customer feedback, track service issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support retention strategies by identifying customer trends and behavior patterns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the furniture or retail industry.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and customer segmentation.
• Basic understanding of customer service practices.
