Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Growth Coordinator (CSR + BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify prospects, schedule product demos, and support revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills and experience within the US healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and qualify prospects
  • Schedule product demos and assist in closing sales opportunities
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain a scalable lead pipeline
  • Update CRM with accurate data, notes, and follow-up schedules
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of EHR and medical billing processes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the US healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
