Key Responsibilities:

Handling Calls From Customers
Providing Customers with FC Rates on call
Marketing on Different platform and answer messages as well

Requirements:

Previous experience as CSR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of currency exchange is a plus

Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000 PKR per month
