About the Role

ATU Logistics is looking for energetic, customer-oriented professionals to join our night shift team in Lahore as Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you will communicate with clients across the US and Canada, handling both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll assist customers with their inquiries, promote our freight forwarding and logistics solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery.

This position is best suited for individuals who are confident communicators, goal-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable logistics solutions.
• Achieve and exceed performance KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal departments when needed.
• Stay informed about company services, ongoing promotions, and market trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or telesales (experience in logistics or BPO is an advantage).
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
• Availability for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
