Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday/Sunday Off)
Salary: Starting from 45,000 PKR + Deal-closing bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative (Female) to handle all incoming WhatsApp inquiries, convert prospects into paying customers, and ensure an exceptional post-sale experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries received via WhatsApp.
• Understand client needs, pitch relevant services, and close sales deals.
• Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up until closure.
• Track conversion rates and suggest improvements to boost satisfaction & revenue.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telesales, or chat-based sales.
• Excellent typing speed and command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic CRM tools.
