Are you a highly fluent French and English speaker looking to launch or advance your career in Customer Service?  IntouchCX Egypt  is hiring dedicated and talented  Customer Service Representatives  to join our team on a key French-language account!

We are looking for motivated graduates ready to deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities :

 Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively resolve complex customer inquiries and concerns.

 Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference and continuous improvement.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and enhanced customer experience.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is a strict requirement.

• Shift Flexibility:  Ability to work a 9-hour rotational shift (including a 1-hour break) with 2 days off per week.
