Shift Timings: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday - Onsite Role)
Salary: PKR 30,000 to 40,000 + Commission

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives for our US-based janitorial services campaign. This is a night shift role and requires strong English communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Handle B2B calls, perform cold calling, and generate leads effectively.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Adhere to assigned work hours and shift guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate, O Levels / A Levels.
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer service software/tools (CRM systems, call management, etc.).
• Capable of handling performance targets and KPIs.
