CSR Matchmaking Officer – Nazimabad Branch

Shaadi.org.pk is hiring a CSR Matchmaking Officer for its Nazimabad Branch to manage member profiles, understand client preferences, and facilitate suitable matches. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update client profiles accurately.
• Understand client preferences and suggest compatible matches.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain positive client relationships.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain detailed records.
• Achieve monthly matchmaking and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in client relations or customer service
• Age: 22 years or above
• Gender: Open to both males and females
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Rs. 50,000 Basic
• Food, medical, and conveyance allowance
• Performance-based incentives

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
