Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our US/UK Mortgage Campaign. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle mortgage-related customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to mortgage inquiries, verification, and documentation.
- Assist borrowers by providing information regarding mortgage processes, loan status, and required documents.
- Collect, verify, and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Ensure clear communication between borrowers, lenders, and internal departments.
- Follow compliance guidelines and maintain data confidentiality at all times.
- Work towards meeting daily/weekly KPIs such as call quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
- Prior experience in US/UK mortgage or call center environment is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain basic mortgage terminologies (training provided).
- Good listening skills, patience, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office).
- Comfortable working in Night Shift.
