Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and CSR action plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct CSR impact assessments, audits, and reporting to measure social and environmental outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, labor standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into CSR initiatives.
  • Manage sustainability-related certifications, such as B Corp or ISO 14001, and ethical sourcing practices within the supply chain.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to set clear CSR objectives and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to communicate the company’s impact effectively.
  • Plan and execute projects that enhance the company’s social and environmental performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to amplify CSR efforts.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles, CSR frameworks, and related best practices.
  • Experience in managing certifications and conducting audits.
  • Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the social and environmental impact of business activities.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a progressive approach to engaging stakeholders.
  • Reputation for being collaborative, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
