CSR/ASSISTANT DISPATCHER

Job Description

We are a fast-paced medical logistics company looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position immediately for our corporate office, located in Herndon, Virginia. We've been servicing our clients for over 20 years and we're looking for someone to help fill the void as we continue to grow.

This will be a full-time, entry level position with unlimited advancement potential for the right candidate. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am. Room for growth & advancement!

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $15/hour with full benefits following 90 day evaluation.

You will be the "voice" of our company and interacting with clients on a daily basis, so spectacular phone etiquette is a must. Since our clients are our most important aspect, you will be expected to help maintain the relationships with them as you speak with them each day. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our business, multi-tasking must be a strength as the environment will always be shifting as people come in and out of the office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus and will definitely be required for any employee to receive promotions within the company

Your duties may include:

• Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
• Answering inbound calls
• Assisting clients with order taking and tracking updates
• Assisting our dispatch team
• Filing and document management
• Assisting upper management with various tasks
