- Develop well-structured lesson plans, modules, worksheets, assessments, and supporting instructional resources that align with learning goals and academic standards.
- Evaluate, revise, and enhance current curriculum content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Work closely with teachers, subject specialists, and academic coordinators to maintain consistency and uniformity across all curriculum materials.
- Incorporate digital tools, multimedia elements, and interactive learning resources into instructional content.
- Conduct curriculum research and needs analysis to design effective content that meets diverse learner requirements.
- Align curriculum with national/state education policies and guidelines such as NEP 2020, NCF, and board-specific standards.
- Collect and analyze feedback from educators and learners and use data-driven insights to improve curriculum effectiveness.
- Maintain systematic records, documentation control, version updates, and structured resource libraries.
- Assist in training sessions or workshops to help teachers implement newly developed curriculum materials.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in education, instructional design approaches, EdTech solutions, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field; Master’s degree (M.Ed) preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, teaching, or academic content creation (interns and talented freshers may also apply).
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020, NCF framework, and school board standards.
- Excellent command of English with strong writing and communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.
