Curriculum Design Manager

Overview

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global leading organisation in the FMCG sector to appoint a Curriculum Design Manager. This is a rare opportunity to craft learning experiences that help build organisational capability and commercial success.

You will lead the full lifecycle of learning programme development from design through to delivery. You will be responsible for creating both standardised and bespoke training solutions that respond to evolving business needs. This includes the development of training decks, learner and facilitator guides, and assessment frameworks. You will also conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure facilitators are well equipped, while continuously improving content based on feedback and emerging trends. You will be engaging stakeholders directly to understand their learning needs to provide targeted learning programmes through conducting learning needs analyses using tools such as surveys and focus groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of learning programme development from design through to delivery.
• Create standardised and bespoke training solutions that respond to evolving business needs.
• Develop training decks, learner and facilitator guides, and assessment frameworks.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure facilitators are well equipped and continuously improve content based on feedback and trends.
• Engage stakeholders to understand learning needs and deliver targeted learning programmes through learning needs analyses (e.g., surveys and focus groups).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with strong instructional design and curriculum design experience.
• Recognised university degree, ideally in a related field.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience in the service sectors is highly advantageous.
