Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Healthcare
Location: JLT- Dubai
Salary: AED 4000 - 5000

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to handle patient interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding test bookings, reports, and sample collection.
- Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for urgent or priority reports.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure efficient data entry.
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and provide clarity on service charges.
- Handle patient complaints with empathy and escalate critical issues to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Lab Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pathology setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written skills for patient interactions.
- Medical Terminology Knowledge – Basic understanding of pathology and diagnostic tests.
- Empathy & Patience – Ability to handle distressed patients professionally.
- Multitasking – Capability to manage calls, emails, walk-in queries, and reports simultaneously.
- Tech Proficiency – Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and MS Office is an advantage.
