Job Description

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients, from initial inquiry to post-move support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information about moving services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather service feedback.
  • Support the sales and logistics team with client communication and updates.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to promote client trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or moving services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
