Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while handling customer queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Provide product/service information and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
