What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities):

  • Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
  • Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
  • NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and re-attempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
  • Follow-ups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
