Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Night Shift – Logistics Support)
Company: Swyft Logistics
Location: Near DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
Swyft Logistics is looking for proactive and dedicated Customer Care Representatives to join our growing night shift operations team in Lahore. The role involves handling international customer queries, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing real-time logistics support to clients across the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails, chats, and phone calls related to shipping, tracking, and delivery.
  • Manage order status updates, delays, and rescheduling requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle international client communication in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Log all customer interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor ongoing shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Identify service issues or potential complaints and escalate to supervisors when required.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, refunds, and claims processing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service quality and turnaround time.
  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets related to response time, accuracy, and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, logistics coordination, or BPO (US/UK campaign) preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, CRMs, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work the night shift (on-site in Lahore, near DHA Phase 6).
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude.
