We are a fast-growing skincare brand based in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, dedicated to providing high-quality skincare products and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team and be the voice of our brand for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
  • Provide product information, skincare guidance, and order updates.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatches.
  • Record customer feedback and assist in improving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or similar role (preferably in eCommerce, beauty, or skincare).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook).
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
