Job Description
As a Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) at Nokia, you will manage program portfolios and customer relationships, focusing on the transition of core network infrastructure to cloud-native systems across Turkey, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe. You will drive financial success, project execution, and stakeholder satisfaction while mentoring team members. Key responsibilities include overseeing contracts, identifying upselling opportunities, and managing risks. With a strong emphasis on collaboration with executive-level customers, successful candidates will leverage their extensive experience in telco and IT transformation programs to deliver high-quality outcomes while adhering to project management methodologies.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Lead program and project execution to ensure financial and operational success.

Maintain up-to-date project/program information in relevant tools and repositories.

Act as primary point of contact for customers, fostering relationships with executive stakeholders.

Oversee revenue and cost management while identifying opportunities to enhance contracts.

Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential challenges.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios.

Mentor project managers and team members to ensure alignment with program goals.

Drive adherence to project management methodologies and performance KPIs.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:
-
7-10 years of experience managing complex transformation programs in the telco and/or IT industry.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships at CxO or Director level, including handling escalations.

Strong knowledge of project performance KPIs and experience in timely reporting to stakeholders.

Experience in the sales phase, ensuring deliverables align with offers/contracts.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Nice-To-Have:

Familiarity with 4G Core and/or 5G Core technologies and cloud services.

Certification in Project Management, such as PMI/PMP.

Ability to mentor Project Managers and guide team development.

Experience in driving upselling and cross-selling within existing portfolios.

Proficiency in Turkish and/or Russian languages.
