Our client, a leading consulting firm driving customer experience and digital transformation across Saudi Arabia, is seeking Saudi talent for the following roles:


CX Strategist (Manager & Senior Consultant)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CX or digital strategy projects.
  • Manage client relationships and small teams.
  • Develop CX frameworks, roadmaps, and insights-driven recommendations.

Profile:

  • 3–7 years’ experience in CX, digital strategy, or consulting .
  • Strong client-facing and leadership skills.


Service Designer (Senior Consultant)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Map customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints .
  • Conduct research and translate insights into design outcomes.
  • Support workshops and co-creation sessions.

Profile:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in service design, UX/CX research, or design thinking .
  • Skilled in Miro, Figma, or similar tools.


Project Lead (Senior Manager)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Lead CX and digital transformation projects end-to-end.
  • Manage client engagement, delivery, and project teams.
  • Develop strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps .

Profile:

  • 6–10 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or CX transformation .
  • Strong leadership and project management experience.
